#1

Before COVID struck, a lot people never cared much about washing their hands and maintaining a high hygiene but with what all saw with the pandemic and how it killed, every sat up. A lot of people still carry around and use their hand sanitizer every day.

I've always been big on handwashing, but not so much on brushing my teeth and other things.  Well, I suppose that's a good thing and I don't get sick very much.  Anyway, one exception is washing my hands after eating greasy food which sometimes I don't do.

As for brushing my teeth, I do it at least twice in a day. I will always brush in the morning and at night before going to bed. I can't eat my food without washing my hands and also wash it after using.

I have always been someone who has washed my hands regularly, it's more of an OCD thing for me if I am honest.

I wash my hands a few times a day.  I'll admit sometimes I just rinse them with no soap if I am in a hurry but its better than nothing. Tongue
