When it comes to antivirus protection, do you prefer free antivirus software or rely on the built-in Windows Defender? Share your experiences and insights. To be honest, I never used any of the anti viruses. It eats memory and I don't like it. If you are sure what you are doing on the internet, you are safe to a certain level. That's okay for me!

Me I do combine the two when scanning the system for viruses/malware.
Avast antivirus is not a bad option to go for. In we have both fremium and premium. If you need deep security to your system, premium is a better choice.

I don't make use of free anti virus because I can never trust it not to disappoint me. I've been using AVAST for as long as I can remember. It's a good anti virus software.
