I know HTML CSS quite well, I am planning to create a theme for my forum in near future as well. and maybe some free or premium theme that people can use. Lets see how it goes.

I was able to learn a few things about HTML and CSS from the courses I took on Udemy. I've not further on the courses yet. I took them only to have basic knowledge on programming and coding.
