How do you handle true color printing in graphic designs

If, like me, you prefer using the RGB color palette for design but face challenges when printing, here's a workaround. Design in RGB, then switch to CMYK when saving for print. Adjust contrast, intensity, etc., for formats like PDF, JPEG, or PNG. How do you tackle this? Do you opt for CMYK initially to avoid true color challenges in printing?
