Who has sold sites along with the attached domain?  How was that?  Where did you sell it?  What are some good online marketplaces?  What are some challenges in the business?

I sold one of my previous websites along with its domain and database at Digitalpoint. The trade was smooth, though I had to setup the website in the buyer's server but that didn't take long as I am quite experienced in transferring sites from server to server. Overall it was a good experience.
