Do you use 12 hours or 24 hours format?

How did you learn how to tell time? Was it with the 12 hours or 24 hours format? I was confused trying to learn with the 24 hours format, I had to settle with the 12 hours format. It's just know when to use AM and PM.

I usually prefer 24 hour format now. I still remember the time when I used to struggle with 24 hour format, I used to literally count the hours manually with my hands to find out the time when I saw a 24 hour format clock.

Now I am used to it.

I love using 12 hours as it saves me stress of little calculations lol. 😁😁

This is exactly why I had to give up on using 24 hours format. It's always going to make me start counting which can be very awkward especially when something is on the line which was time sensitive.
